 About the Course:
This Equality and Diversity course will help you to develop your knowledge of the issues and anti-discrimination laws that relate to equality and diversity. The course is ideal for employers seeking a structured training program in equality and diversity to meet the training needs of their employees.
This course looks at the role of equality in the workplace through a study of the benefits and the traditional stereotyping which exists. Students are guided through the factors of social change, ethics and legislation as motives for improving diversity before examining a number of equality issues.
