 About the Course:
The program can be delivered individually or in small groups. This course is designed to give you the necessary skills needed to make an impact in any unfamiliar situation. To increase your ability to understand how you relate to others, how you are perceived and the impact that you make. The course uses the basic models but adapts to a clients particular needs.
Being technically good at your job isn’t enough today – you must also be able to communicate, influence and motivate colleagues and clients. Being able to connect with people and win their trust is vital. Many people, however, are left to acquire these skills through a process of trial and error. This practical and lively course will increase your self-awareness and develop your interpersonal skills so you come across with positive impact, whatever the situation.
